Ladies: Are you Thinking what HE is thinking?

If your love-life sucks, then pay attention...OR continue to pay the heavy price. OUCH!
1) Keep any pre-date research you did on Facebook or Google quiet and to yourself, at least until you've been seeing this new guy of yours for a month. It sounds crazy, but once we guys know that you want us and like us, you've already lost. The key is to keep us guessing.
2) Guys who were recently dumped should be avoided. For you, dating these men is an exciting step into the unknown... but also a dangerous one. Chances are you'll nurse him back to emotional health, boost his self confidence and then he'll drop you after he feels better. Then he'll move on to try his luck with some supermodels.
3) During a dinner date, you should eat whatever you really want to eat. Men like it when you chow down (unless you're already a cow). Girls who love their food tend to like other sensory pleasures as well. Hearing a girl say 'Just a salad' is not at all attractive.  So....gobble, Gobble!
4) If you don't hear from him soon after that first encounter, assume he lost your number or that he is really not interested. If it makes you feel better, text him ONCE and if he doesn't reply within a couple of hours...then just face the facts: If he's not trying to see you or be with you and doesn't respond quickly, then he's not interested. Period. It is that simple....so save your self respect and dignity and giddy-on up outta there.
5) If you like him a lot, do not go home with him. For the 1,398^{th time ladies......... IF YOU REALLY, REALLY LIKE THE GUY AND YOU CAN SEE HIM AS THE FATHER OF YOUR BABIES, THEN DO NOT GO HOME WITH HIM.}

You must always be very stingy with the nookie.

You MUST leave him wanting more. Tease him with a smile.

Be a freakin' lady!

My advice is a kiss on the cheek for date #1, a regular kiss on date #2, a nice and hearty make-out session on date #3 and so on. The longer you wait, the better. Men love the chase and a slow and GRADUAL dispursement of your private "goods" is the way to a man's respect for you, his desire for you...and to his heart.

Now on the other hand, if you really don't like him that much.....feel free to slut it out and bang him 'til your eyeballs fall into the back of your skull.

In a city the size of Los Angeles, who could argue that there aren't PLENTY of major opportunities passing you by every single day of every single week?

Well, based on statistics that I have calculated unofficially, those of you who are mentioned in this article could definitely find room for such an arguement...which is why I am writing this especially for you.

As a Confidence/ Life Coach to successful and marriage-oriented men and women over 35, I have heard this terrible excuse a
million times.... and it shocks me to death why we simply allow ourselves to grow older day by day and continue to do nothing about it.
We simply prefer to complain and mope. (Excuse me while I pull out my miniature violin and play it while you continue to whine to all of your family and friends..."Woe is me.."

"I just don't know where to meet nice guys/women that I want to date."

My jagged and heartless response: Consider yourself a lazy, unimaginative dork who simply deserves what you've gotten until now.........nothing.
Pretty harsh words, eh?

Listen pal. Maybe a little injection of reality will do you some good. Now sit up straight and pay attention.

The truth of the matter is this: In practically every situation as a coach over the last 4 years, the culprit is quite apparent: IT'S YOU!!.

You just don't want it bad enough. Let's face it...you are simply not WILLING to put the effort in.

You are simply not willing to drive more than 15-20 minutes from home. "It's too far!" (So, romance and love is not worth the extra effort?)

You are simply not willing to explore and experience NEW and DIFFERENT places where interesting people hang out. (Ever heard of the LA or OC Weekly?)

You are simply not willing to go out during the week. "I'm too tired!" (Too tired? Are you kidding me? Shouldn't you be too tired of being alone instead?)

You are simply not willing to go out and explore life by yourself. (You'd rather drag your unmotivated and single loser friend with you....perfect association dynamic here.)

You limit yourself to going out on weekends only. (Think about it....you've set in place a full 28% effort (2/7days a week) to get what you really and truly want. Wow, I guess you get out what you put in, right?)

Should I keep going?

This question is constantly asked by my male clientele.
Perhaps we guys are so busy trying to make the best impression and say the right things that we sometimes forget to notice her apparent signs of interest. Keep these in mind next time you are out on the social prowl:
She's laughing at you. The secret here is to actually HAVE interesting, funny stories, dreams or aspirations to share. If you are lacking in this department, expect full body dry heaves .instead of laughs.
She compliments you. (ie: "Nice nostrils!!") A no- brainer. Just think....do you EVER compliment any girl you meet if you are not interested? Most likely you do .and most likely you do it too much.

Her belly button is facing you. Psychological studies of favorable body language conclude that she is interested if she is facing you directly. Usually, on the initial approach, this positive form of communication is not apparent. In most cases, she is only turning her head or looking over her shoulder to size you up. But it only takes a minute or two for her to gauge your safety level and her comfort level with you to determine if she should "let you in" to her space. With this, she will gradually turn her belly button towards you in "acceptance" of who you are and what you have to offer.
She primps. When she goes to the ladies room, she comes back looking fresh and "touched up". If she's excusing herself to the restroom, it's doubtful she has a weak bladder. Most likely she's freshening up her makeup and hair... all for you.
She asks you about Mom. "When a woman likes you, she doesn't want to get to only know about you ...she wants to know about your family and friends. These are clues about what her life would be like with you. Your relationship with your family says a lot about you. For your sake, I hope you have a great relationship with your mom.
She is paying close attention to you when you speak. You've captivated her...and she's not whipping out her iphone....instead, she's hanging on your every word. If this is happening, keep up the good work young man!
The conversation lasts longer than 2 Tic Tac mints. Ask any woman desperate to wind down a conversation and she'll tell you she's gotta give blood, donate a kidney or shave her dog any excuse to end your boring-ass conversation. Naturally, if she's having a great time and doesn't want to see you go, she'll gladly stay beyond 45 minutes or even suggest something like a walk or dinner.
She pokes you. If you find her engaging in a little physical contact ..you've made a very good impression on her. If she's attracted to you, she won't hesitate to reach out and let you know. If she reaches for your hand or leans on your shoulder for ANY reason, chances are she likes the thought of your soft and supple lips against hers....unless you blow it with a joke like: "Hey, what do you call a lesbian dinosaur?

The Science Behind Romance and

Seduction is absolutely a learned science. Seduction methodology can be classified into 2 categories: "outer game" and "inner game." Outer game is the pick-up artist's techniques...all of which are rooted in social psychology. Techniques include the correct use and implementation of language and effective conversation pieces, proper intros, specific pick up lines, understanding body language and much more. Each can be learned and mastered by anyone...and quite frankly, it is fascinating and extremely fun.
Outer game informs all of the abilities of the player, but inner game allows admission into the game itself.
"Inner game" is the other half of seduction....and a bit harder to master. It is the genuine, intransigent belief that you are "the shit." That you are the grand prize to be won....that you are an intrinsically attractive, super valuable human being. Inner game is the power that helps you an allows you to take the woman you are pursuing.....OFF her pedestal. This super confidence is the crux of seduction. Memorizing lines (outer game) is useless if the words you use don't echo the blunt swagger in your motion .

Inner game's goal is to get you to truly and wholeheartedly believe that seduction is nothing more than a social game where you, the player, have been granted infinite lives and that any challenge, however difficult, can be met. Think of it as a video game with different strategy levels to which you aspire to conquer.

And yes it's true..... online dating sites are populated by perverts, sexual predators, weirdos, social misfits and emotional wrecks....and that will probably never, EVER change. 2. Be Happy
Fill your life with enjoyment and learn how to live a life to the fullest. Women are attracted to happiness. If you are crabby, negative and moody, women will see it...they can sense it ....and they will lose interest. I think you all know me by now....right?
I am the kinda guy that has always harped and commented on these bizarre, binding forces and beliefs that literally keep us guys from, in our own little way, total greatness.  So my job is to tear down those detrimental beliefs one by one, not only allow you a fresh perspective, but to lead you to some romance before you go blind.
You've heard me say this before....I am a firm believer in running with scissors and talking to strangers and it seems very apparent to me why most men are NOT successful and confident in their social lives with women.
Try some of my favorite quotes on for size and you will see what I mean.

Let's break this down, shall we?

If you believe that education should end at college, then you are probably suffering from many of these severely painful, soul-sucking symptoms that I have listed below.

The remedy to these awful symptoms are very simple....

We first recognize and accept that we suffer from them and then we address them with knowledge.

Now, how many of these ailments are eating away at you this very moment?

You don't have a remarkable woman to hang out with today and are you are typically alone on Friday and Saturday nights ...and you would KILL to figure out how to solve this problem.

Are You Needy, Clingy Type?

I know you don't want to be labeled as "needy". Needy=desperate=turn off. Really, it does.

How many times have you met a person who wanted more and more from you...like another date, another phone call, another text message response asap....and all on THEIR TERMS....and all you wanted to say was: "Chill out and relax, dude!"

You see, If you have the wrong mindset from the get go, then it will be obvious to those you interact with and you that you are needy....and trying too hard. Trying too hard is easy to spot.

Think of yourself as a salesperson. The more you push, the more you scare away the client....and you almost always lose the sale, correct?

You can easily do this with people you are attracted to. Men, here is the key to avoiding being needy with women you meet (same goes for the women here, too).

If you are always forcing yourself to meet NEW people every day, then your "pipeline" of potential love interests is always full and flowing. That means, you can always extend an invitation for dates (plural), rather than putting all the pressure on yourself for focusing on ONE date at a time. That way, if one "potential" is not responding quickly enough or is a bit hesistant, there is NO PROBLEM on your part, because you have already extended the invitation to several others and always know that a "backup" is close at hand that WILL respond accordingly.

Bottom line: If you go on a job interview and you "feel" it went well, then you are more likely NOT to pursue another job interview. At least that what most people seem to do. They are convinced in their own mind that they will receive the call for employment....and the anticipation builds.........and builds. Yikes! You have created a false sense of security for yourself. Instead, go on several interviews with various employers and feel great about MANY potentials at once......and make it a game. Got it?

The 411 On Cougars

What is a Cougar you ask? Well, we're surely not referring to that sleek, beautiful animal that is highlighted on your National Geographic channel. You know, the one that can easily shred a man to pieces on feeding day? (Well, actually they can shred a man on ANY day.) No, we are speaking of the sleek, sophisticated, successful human female animal that usually roams in our crazy, seemingly untamed ...asphalt jungle.By definition, this fabulous creature is approximately 35+ years of age, wise, savvy and sexy - just like the cougars and panthers in the real jungle, but they shower and pluck on a much more rigorous and regimented basis. Growl.

How can you spot one?

They always walk into a restaurant/bar/room seeking the young, single "ripe" guys.
They pinch the adorable waiter's butt as he passes by.
They ask the bartender to take a shot off of their bellies, but when they lift their shirts, the bar sees your waist- enhancing pantyhose.
They whisper that theyare naughty into the ears of a stranger hoping he will ask for a demonstration. Growl!
They announce that the next person in a bar to buy them a drink gets a trip to Cancun or the Bahamas.
They date someone more than 10 years their junior (I know, double standards stink... we'll come up with a good name for old men and young girls.... How about dirty old gorillas?)
They always wink at the pool boy, the busboy, the bat boy, the water boy... any title ending in "boy"!

20 Important Rules Women Must Follow During Sex

For fun, I sent out an unofficial survey asking men to be frank and honest. Then, I added a few adjectives and narrowed down the list: these were the top and most agreed-upon tips for women who take great pride in making their sexual experience, and the sexual pleasure for their man, a very memorable and pleasant one. Take heed ladies. This is what men said. Enjoy the read.

1. Don’t laugh at your man for any reason during sex. Please wait until he leaves before you begin laughing uncontrollably. (see #20 for exception)
2. Make sure your legs are always smooth and shaved. Prickly legs are certainly not considered arousing and do not help in stimulating blood flow to your man's happy place for your future enjoyment.
3. Make sure you don’t have any body odor emitting from anywhere (maybe this should have been number 1).
4. Tinkle BEFORE the love making, spanking, yelping and licking ensues.
5. Please, NO CATCHER’S MITTS or FU MANCHUS! The only acceptable Hollywood hairstyle allowed should be a thin, managed, groomed strip or a smooth, clean slate of baby-fresh skin.
6. Oral tip: Use your hand and your mouth simultaneously and in perfect synchronicity while attempting to make your man's eyes roll into the back of his head.
7. Gently cup and manipulate his "boys" with one hand while performing your oral gift – this simple technique can significantly enhance his experience AND keep you from ever being left out of his will. The key word here is "gently".

11. Don’t aggressively suck or "mouth" his "boys"– it really hurts!
12. Don’t bite down on your man – it does nothing to turn us on and it definitely hurts. Try a gentle nibble and lick as your alternative. (see #8)
13. Don’t give your man a hickey – you are not in high school anymore and you don’t need to mark your territory like an zoo animal.
14. During your sexual "mountfest", allow your man to take a short pause if you want the sex to last more than the standard 4 minutes. This allows him to gather composure, re-position for better comfort and take advantage of leverage opportunities.
15. If you have to spit, don't spit everything out in front of your guy.
16. If your man talks dirty to you during sex, it is customary and suggested that you return the favor. However, be sure not to try to "out-do" him by pushing the boundaries of total and unadulterated filth beyond dimension with your verbal responses (see #9).
17. Keep your fingers away from any man's "balloon knot" (aka: brown eye, pink eye, butt hole). Redirect your fidgety fingers away from the brown eye and focus on the more appropriate and important appendage located on the opposite side.
18. It is common for a man to excitedly yelp words of ecstasy and passion upon the arrival and ejection of his silky elixir. For best results, nasty, crazy words of encouragement are highly recommended to reinforce the raunchiness and downright nastiness of the event. It has been studied that communication is essential in maximizing volume and viscosity.
19. Grab your man's butt cheeks during sex, but don’t squeeze those cheeks so hard as to break blood vessels, puncture a major artery, remove any hair or leave a permanent imprint of your forefinger and colored nails.

How To Approach A 10 If You Are A 6 or a 7...

I was chatting with my close friend, Mark today. Of course, the topic of women came up. What's new, right? hehehe The topic? What is different about the approach of a 10 versus a regular 6, 7 or 8? The answer? Quite a lot and 90% of guys have no clue....really, they don't....so I am going to address the guys only on this one.

Just imagine being a drop-dead gorgeous woman for a moment - Constantly being approached with " Hi, what is your name, my name is Mike." or "Hey, you are really pretty.....blah, blah, blah." If you are a bombshell, then it gets pretty damn old - day in and day out. Kinda like being a celebrity I suppose, with a constant bombardment of dumb, mundane questions and tons of flashing light bulbs from fever-frenzied paparrazzi. Don't be dumb - be different.

Simple mistake remedy #1: Being a NON-threat is a big key. Showing NO interest is another big key. Displaying your important value is critical.

How would you approach a guy? What would you say? How would you approach an ugly girl? My guess is that in both situations, you would present NO threat and NO interest - just casual, interesting and enticing conversation preceded by a starter piece...like an informercial - "Did you see that group of guys running down the street naked just now?"

Simple mistake remedy #2: When approaching at 10, you always approach her sidekick(s) first (they are almost always hanging out in groups) and continue on with your story or topic. You see, the sidekick is (most likely) her more unattractive friend or the mother hen of the group. Befriend the mother hen and everyone else in the group first, then the pursuit of your target will become much easier. Focus 95% of your conversation, your eye contact and your storyline, your charm and your ideas with those in the group that you are NOT interested in and chat it up with great stories for a good, solid 5-8 minutes before you move to your target.

Simple mistake remedy #3: Have multiple topics, ideas or conversation pieces lined up to keep the conversation going with the mother hen and the clan to keep yourself interesting and to eliminate any "lulls" in the exchange of words. As a man, your goal is to lead and lead 75% the conversation, so make sure you have several story pieces lined up to jump into that will entice your listeners. Tip: the best topics are things like vacations, mysticism, ESP, desserts, comedy and psychology.

I can probably come up with at least another 15 points to consider in any social dynamic, but you'll have to stay tuned.

Butt-Ugly? Then, You're Not Uncomfortable Enough.

Being an average looking or, shall we say, a butt-ugly Joe or Jane doesn't automatically remove you from the playlist of a fun life. Besides, everybody has room for improvement. It is pretty hard to be considered BUTT UGLY. Sure, men have an advantage in this particular case because they are visual and physically motivated whereas women can be more emotionally and "something other than physically" motivated. Let's face it, how many below average Joe's have you seen with bombshell cuties on their arm? Now, do you ever see the reverse? The point is - who cares? The real problem lies within ourselves and we don't even realize that we are doing it!

So, what's the remedy? Whether you're a guy or a girl, you can make up for your looks by offering what people tend to be drawn to most, but usually spend the least amount of time perfecting: BECOMING INTERESTING. The key to being interesting is simple - all you have to do is CREATE a life of interest.

There it is! The answer you probably didn't expect, right? Did you need a PHD to tell you otherwise?

Remember that dream list that we discussed earlier? You know, the one list of cool ideas and interests that is brewing in your head that keeps getting constantly ignored because all of the finer, more important things that consume your life like the 40 hour work week that you pretty much loathe and your dreadful commute to the suffering hole itself? Hmmm, and how you just can't seem to find the time to do what your gut already knows you would love. And imagine how just regular walks on the beach, a refreshing yoga class, a stimulating salsa class or that great new hiking club could put a well deserved smile on your face and firmly embed a fantastic feeling of accomplishment in your everyday stride. And how you could instantly wow your firends and substitute your current, outdated, lame conversation pieces and gossip with exciting life experiences that keep you young, motivated and worth listening to by those outside of your comfort zone.

Ask yourself: Are you really worth listening to? Are you one of those people who accuses everyone that you meet for being boring? Ahem. Remember this important fact: You attract who you are. With you focusing your whole existence on your current path and severe overuse of your new cable remote, you and you alone, are sabotaging your own level of excitement.

Did you know that the most uncomfortable people are the most successful? Think about that very carefully. Now, with a life of interest in full motion that YOU decided to create (because you decided to get uncomfortable), how hard would it be to tell your stories and your amazing experiences with full passion and excitement? Could this be the instant HOOK to interest another? Instead of watching a great movie, try something new and live your own movie. The HYPE for your new role will do you good. No more responses like: "Same shit, different day" will ever leave your lips again.

One of the sexiest and smartest things that you can do to get women drawn to you is to project an image of a confident dude...a leader, a guy in charge! Non verbal communication is at least half the battle, so don't even think of taking this lightly. Posture, smiling, direction, poise along with any type of regular goals in his life will kickstart your social future in a BIG way. A man who acts and represents himself well and who is conveying his message that he is striving hard to achieve his goals will definitely get a woman's attention like nobody's business (unless, of course your goal is to be a porn star or a monk).

LADIES: Get More Ass Than A Toilet Seat In A Train Station

YUP, I am speaking to the ladies.

Women of the world, you should NEVER be without an opportunity for love, friendship or good old faschioned sex from a man. Never. Remember, you control the entire world that we men live in...oh, you didn't know? Yes, the world does revolve around you and your special gifts - so take the horse by the reigns and learn.

Here is a little secret about 95% of all men. Yes, 95%. Now, you can continue to discount these words of advice that I am presenting here and continue to get what you've been gettin' OR you can can just accept the reality of who we are and how we think and just do what it takes to WIN. There is no need to re-invent wheel and let your pride get in the way. There is no more time to lose. Screw that BS!

Here are a few specific tips that will GUARANTEE that you can get practically any man you want or, at the worst case, get you some men, period! The more quality men that you can attract to you, the more options you have at furthering a possible romance AND the more opportunities you have to be more selective. Without options, you settle and become complacent and resentful. Please don't do this to yourself.

There are two "levels" of attraction to consider when I say this:

Level 1: Get laid and have some much needed and deserved fun in your life to dilute all the stress, work and anxieties in your daily existence. Please don't allow yourself to grow old with an attitude.Grow old and get some wholesome noogie while you're at it.

Level 2: Now, most women aren't thinking like men who just want to get a good stiff pummelling...I understand that. However, if you can FIRST attract men and, at least, get their attention (without compromising your integrity or your respect), then YOU (again) are in control from there. What a great power to have! Think about it - men spend 9 months struggling to get out of a woman's lovely "cherry pie" and then spend the rest of their lives doing everything possible to get back in it! Isn't this true? So, WHO controls the earth's rotation and all those who inhabit it you say? Ahem, I think we all know the logical and correct answer. LOL Now, back to my point. First of all ladies, you need to understand, tightly grasp and accept a few basic and effective success points:

1. Men are visual and physically motivated. Period. Stop there ladies- don't even think any further on this point. Bottom line: If you are not slim, then you lose instantaneously. Is it fair? NO - but this isn't a world of fairness so if you want something bad enough, you have to work for it. You know this and I know this. In fact, you probably preach this to the young people in your life - don't be a hypocrite and don't try fooling youself by saying that you like being single. If you KNOW you are overweight and you are not getting what you want, then focus all your time on one thing and one thing ONLY. Nothing else really matters. Forget shopping, dancing, dinners with the girls, clubbing etc.....FOCUS on losing weight every day. There are NO excuses. If you get thin, YOU are already quadrupling your chances to lure any man. Think about this very seriously and avoid reacting in defense to this statement....because it doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is that you just do whatever you have to do to lose the weight. Ask ANY man and he will say the same thing - no matter who he is...even the sweet guys. 2. Remember the definition of Insanity: Continuing to do the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

3. Make it EASY for men to approach you. Master this and have a line of eligible bachelors at your front door. NOW, who's in control again? Yes, YOU are! Men are afraid to DEATH of women and are afraid of being rejected more than ANYTHING else. Period. Bottom line: Many women just don't smile enough or make themselves approachable. How can you fix this? Well, if you are happy about yourself and look good, then you will feel good. If you feel good, then you will laugh more and smile more and transform your AURA, your demeanor - one that is accessible to men whose only concern is rejection. Remember, it takes 8 muscles to smile and 30 to frown - go for the easy workout!Women are always saying that they don't want to smile too much or wink or stare at a man that they desire because they don't want him to think that "I am slutty". Again, you are wrong in thinking this way. Men are clueless and unless you aggressively wave a huge flag, smile and keep eye contact for a solid 4-5 seconds (one mississippi...two mississippi....), then we just don't get it. Really....we are that slow! However, if you HELP us get it, then we are thinking only ONE thing: "cool, she wants to know me...I think it is safe now to approach her". Hell, even if we thought that you were actually thinking something crazy like: "Wow big boy, I want you to straddle me like a rabid bulldog in heat", it doesn't matter anyways. Why? Because YOU ladies, have the overall say-so and power over the situation - not us.You decide who has the slice of the cherry pie, not us. Get the picture now?

4. The chances of any woman approaching any man at random and getting rejected, slapped or laughed at under normal conditions is practically nil. No matter who you are, you are relatively safe. Do you think the same situation applies if the tables were turned? I don't even need to answer that , do I? My guess is that there is a 50/50 chance of rejection if a good looking man approached any woman and a higher chance of rejection if the guy looked like Yoda. Am I wrong?My ideas are all about better communication, love and making it a win/win for all. There is no reason to live in a city as big as LA and still be alone....we are sabotaging our own success. Let's do what we can to help each other out.
